DESCRIPCIÓN

Self powered refrigerated container with frontal opening and 830 litre capacity for transporting products at a controlled temperature. The battery with which it is equipped gives the container autonomy and can be recharged by connecting the Koala Green to the normal 230Vac mains power supply or by removing it from the refrigeration unit and connecting it to the external power supply. Koala 1000 Green is made of polyethylene and insulated with CFC- and HCFC-free polyurethane foam to ensure proper thermal maintenance, preserving the organoleptic properties of food and limiting the risk of bacterial proliferation.

CHARACTERISTICS

• Available in versions:

o AF: temperature adjustment range: from -18°C to +10°C;
o AFH: with heating kit and temperature adjustment range: from -18°C e +40°C.

• Insulation offered by container walls ensures that the temperature maintenance is guaranteed with a minimum number of ignitions of the cooling unit; this contributes limiting energy consumption.

• Cooling unit is triggered when inner temperature is higher than the temperature set with the programmable digital thermostat. This allows to maintain a constant temperature even in case of very high external temperatures.

• In the AFH versions, the heating unit is triggered when inner temperature is lower than the temperature set with the programmable digital thermostat. This allows to maintain a constant temperature even in case of very low external temperatures.

• Total compliance with the cold chain at all stages of transport.

• It can be transported using conventional vehicles: it allows to simultaneously transport chilled, frozen and

  ambient temperature products using a single non-insulated vehicle.

• Equipped with a low consumption fridge unit.

• It can be powered at 230Vac, using normal mains power or it can be connected to the battery (or auxiliary battery) of the vehicle by inverter.

• Manufactured using the rotational moulding technology: mono-block container and door (free of sharp edges, joints and welds).

• Fully recyclable at the end of the operating life
